My Thrive Health provides weight loss services, including but not limited to consultations, dietary plans, and monthly injections of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Our services are designed to support weight loss and overall health improvement.

3. Medical Disclaimer

a. **Consultation Requirement**: All clients must undergo a medical consultation prior to receiving any injections.  

b. **No Guarantees**: Weight loss results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.  

c. **Not a Substitute for Medical Advice**: The services provided by My Thrive Health are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your health regimen.

4. Eligibility

a. **Age**: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.  

b. **Medical Conditions**: Certain medical conditions may disqualify you from receiving our services. You must provide accurate and complete medical information during the consultation process.

5. Payment and Refunds

a. **Payment Terms**: Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking.  

b. **Refund Policy**: There are no refunds for the consultation. 

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

a. **Cancellation Policy**: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a cancellation fee.  

b. **Rescheduling**: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability 

My Thrive Health is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services, including but not limited to adverse reactions to medications or failure to achieve weight loss goals.

10. Modifications to Terms
